Happy Valentine’s Day!!

My husband and I have been married for almost 9 years and for Valentine’s Day we’ve chosen to nix exchanging gifts and focus more on quality time. I am one lucky girl because my hubs is such an amazing cook and on this holiday he makes me the most delicious cheese fondue. He goes all out and chops up a million different things to dip with. I hate the crowds on holidays so I seriously look forward to this tradition of ours every year.  If you’re interested in staying in and making your very own fondue, cheese and/or chocolate, then here are some helpful tips and links. I’ve included our cheese recipe along with some great fondue sets. We have the kind that uses sterno for heat but there are some cool ones that are electric where you can control the temperature.
